We are seeking experienced Financial Advisors to expand our Wealth Management team. We are building a group of planning-based, independent, client-first Advisors who want to build their own brand with the support of a world-class Financial Services company at all AUM levels. As a Financial Advisor, you will: • Provide Comprehensive Financial Planning: Deliver holistic financial plans that integrate protection, accumulation, retirement, and estate planning strategies. • Develop and Implement Investment Strategies: Create and manage personalized investment solutions tailored to each client’s financial plan. • Protection Planning: Assist clients in navigating life’s uncertainties by leveraging life, disability, and long-term care insurance to safeguard their financial well-being. Responsibilities: • Acquire new clients through consistent outreach, networking, centers of influence, and referrals. • Deepen existing relationships through the introduction of additional products and services. • Collaborate with other team members and subject matter experts. • Pursue advanced designations (e.g., CFP, ChFC, CLU) to enhance client service and professional credibility. • Maintain all required licenses (Life/Health, Series 6/7, Series 63/65 or 66) and follow all firm, state, and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field. • 5-7 years of experience. • SIE, Series 7, Series 63/65 or 66. • Life/Health Licenses. • Self-motivated. • Excellent people skills. Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
