Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Develop customized financial plans and strategies • Grow and manage your own client portfolio • Collaborate with team members and leverage firm resources Qualifications: • Authorized to work in the United States • No need for visa sponsorship • Must be a local candidate • Obtain licensure prior to onboarding: Life & Health, SIE, and 66 • Prior sales experience and/or a bachelor's degree • No U4 disclosures • Self-motivated with a business mindset • Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment • Previous financial services experience is a plus, but not required Compensation: $70,000 - $125,000 yearly
