Join a Client-Focused Financial Planning Team We are a client-focused, financial planning organization in Green Bay, Wisconsin, dedicated to supporting and educating clients on their financial journey. We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, licensed financial paraplanner. If you enjoy completing and processing documents, analyzing investment data, and adhering to compliance, this is the role for you. Our team values every client’s perspective. We have a friendly, well-trained dog as part of our office environment. Comfort with animals and a willingness to help care for her during the day is required. This is an on-site and in-person role. Responsibilities: • Prepare customized client forms and meeting agendas to meet individual needs. • Address the needs of both clients and advisors with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency. • Provide accurate information to clients regarding their accounts and financial planning matters. • Document all client interactions, provide timely follow-up, and workflow completion. • Manage client investment accounts, including handling contributions, distributions, and beneficiary designations. • Maintain accurate records and files, adhering to all regulatory compliance standards. Qualifications: • Full-time, on-site role in a professional office setting. • Active Series 66, Series 7 (or 6), WI health, WI life insurance licenses required. • 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry is preferred. • Experience with LPL Financial preferred. • Notary license is a plus. • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. • Professional and friendly demeanor with all communications: in person, via phone, text, and email. • High ethical standards, discretion, compliance, accountability, and confidentiality to protect clients and the team. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly plus incentives
