Full Job Description

We are seeking Part time or full-time Hair Stylists to join our fun and family-oriented team in Mequon! As part of the leadership team, you’ll help build and mentor a talented group of stylists who provide a world-class haircut experience for kids and families.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of stylists to achieve salon goals

Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure every child leaves smiling

Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth execution

Recruit, hire, train, and retain talented stylists

Promote Sharkey’s brand to attract new customers and team members

Handle guest concerns professionally and gracefully

Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards

Qualifications

Current Cosmetology or Barber License (required)

Prior salon management or leadership experience (preferred)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children

Passion for coaching and developing a high-performing team
