    We are looking for a driven and personable Licensed Health Care Insurance Agent to join our team. This hybrid position involves cold calling prospective clients, educating individuals about healthcare insurance options, and offering in-person support at designated pharmacy locations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys outreach work, and is passionate about helping people make informed health insurance decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and enrollments.

    Educate individuals about available health insurance plans, eligibility requirements, and enrollment processes.

    Assist clients in selecting the best plan based on their needs, budgets, and coverage preferences.

    Build relationships with pharmacy staff and utilize pharmacy sites as outreach locations.

    Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM or similar software.

    Stay up-to-date on federal and state insurance regulations and product changes.

    Attend occasional in-person events, open enrollment fairs, and pharmacy-based informational sessions.

    Qualifications:

    Active Health Insurance License required (state-specific, with multi-state licensing a plus).

    Prior experience in health insurance sales or a related customer service role.

    Strong verbal communication and persuasive sales skills.

    Comfortable with cold calling and client engagement both by phone and in person.

    Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.

    Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus.

    Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).

    Work Environment:

    Remote work from home with scheduled outreach hours.

    On-site presence required at partner pharmacy locations for outreach and client meetings.

    Flexible scheduling with occasional evening and weekend availability.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Base salary + performance-based commission
