What You’ll Earn
Guaranteed base pay: $800/week ($41,600 annually)
Commission paid weekly
Average total compensation: $60,000–$85,000/year
No cold calling – receive 15–20 qualified inbound calls daily
Work Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (half-day Fridays!)
Responsibilities
Handle 15–20 inbound calls/day from interested clients
Educate customers on health insurance plans and guide them through enrollment
Use CRM software to manage leads and follow-ups
Achieve performance goals and deliver excellent service
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in insurance, inside sales, or call center (preferred)
Strong communication and organization skills
Licensed in health insurance (preferred, not required)
Knowledge of CMS guidelines and ethical sales practices
Must be coachable, punctual, and team-driven
