All Access Insurance Network of Florida is looking for a driven and passionate Licensed Health & Life Insurance Agent to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities:

Prospect, qualify, and enroll clients in appropriate Health and Life insurance plans

Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable coverage options tailored to each client

Maintain and grow a book of business through referrals, networking, and follow-up

Educate clients on policy benefits, coverage details, and plan comparisons

Stay current on carrier products, compliance requirements, and industry regulations

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance goals

Provide ongoing client support for policy changes, renewals, and questions

Requirements:

Active Florida Health & Life (2-15) Insurance License required

Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field

Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline

Familiarity with ACA, Medicare, or Life insurance products is a plus

Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
