    We are seeking a Licensed Inside Service / Sales Professional who is motivated, service-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career within a stable and growing Allstate agency.

    Position Overview

    The Licensed Inside Service / Sales Professional is responsible for servicing existing clients while also driving new business through cross-selling, up-selling, and proactive outreach. This full-time, in-office role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.

    You will work closely with the Agency Owner and internal team to meet service standards, retention goals, and sales objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Service & Retention

    Service existing Allstate customers via phone, email, and text

    Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, renewals, and coverage inquiries

    Proactively contact clients to prevent cancellations and improve retention

    Educate clients on appropriate coverage options and identify protection gaps

    Sales & Growth

    Cross-sell and up-sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and Life insurance products

    Quote and bind new business from inbound calls, referrals, and outbound lists

    Conduct policy reviews and annual insurance check-ups

    Consistently meet or exceed individual and agency production goals

    Administrative & CRM Management

    Accurately document all client interactions in the agency CRM

    Follow Allstate underwriting, compliance, and agency procedures

    Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

    Required Qualifications

    Active California Property & Casualty License (required)

    Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain)

    Minimum 1 year of insurance sales and/or service experience (Allstate experience a plus)

    Strong phone and written communication skills

    Ability to manage multiple client interactions in a fast-paced environment

    High level of organization, reliability, and professionalism
