    What You’ll Do: As an Insurance Account Manager, you are the go-to contact for both new and existing customers seeking insurance solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    Building strong relationships and understanding clients’ unique insurance needs.

    Educating clients on insurance products to help them make informed decisions.

    Cross-selling and upselling services to enhance client protection.

    Managing policy changes, processing payments, and handling claim follow-ups.

    Delivering outstanding customer service and elevating customer concerns when necessary.

    Supporting the agency’s goals through collaboration, professionalism, and accountability.

    Who We’re Looking For:

    Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

    Sales-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.

    Skilled at identifying needs and solving problems effectively.

    Committed to professionalism and integrity in every interaction.

    Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

    3–5 years of customer service experience (insurance experience a plus).

    Passion for helping others and improving lives through insurance solutions.

    Ability to meet/exceed sales targets.

    Active State Insurance Licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health) preferred – or willingness to obtain with our support.
