    As an Account Manager, you serve as the liaison between the company and its clients, focusing on building strong relationships. You oversee account activities, provide support, and work to resolve any issues that arise, ensuring clients receive exceptional service. You will work in an office setting, collaborating with colleagues and meeting with clients as needed. Your dedication to understanding client needs will be key to achieving mutual success. Responsibilities: • Evaluate performance indicators and update clients on results • Engage with internal teams to coordinate actions that support client objectives • Supervise client interactions to uphold satisfaction and retention • Uncover possibilities for process refinement and implement standard practices • Oversee adherence to company policies and industry standards in all client communications • Uncover possibilities for cross-selling and implement a process for engaging clients and properly offering the protection they still need for the gaps in their coverage Qualifications: • Experience managing various accounts and consistently meeting performance goals • Competence in using CRM software and client management tools is a plus • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related area required • Strong skills in negotiation and effective communication essential • At least five years' experience in account management for a related field • Property and Casualty License required • Minimum of 6 months in the insurance industry with a proven track record implementing client retention strategies and cross-selling necessary products to meet the client's needs • Experience with Salesforce and Guidewire preferred, but not required Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000
