Responsibilities: Engage with internal teams to coordinate actions that move the needle for clients and keep service running smoothly.Serve as a trusted point of contact for existing clients — managing inbound and outbound calls, answering coverage questions, and proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen their protection.Build and maintain strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional service while cross-selling the full range of products our agency offers.Support agency growth by contributing to retention and new business benchmarksCommit to continuous professional development in both sales and service.Grow your presence and pipeline through social media, community involvement, networking events, and a strong referral partner network. Qualifications: Property and Casualty License required.Minimum of 6 months in the insurance industry with a proven track record implementing client retention strategies and cross-selling necessary products to meet the client's needs.Experience with Salesforce and Guidewire preferred, but not required. Compensation: $55,000
