Ideal candidates will have the opportunity to build a financial services practice through personalized coaching and hands-on internship experience in the following areas: • Protection planning, including life, disability, and long-term care insurance • Delivering tailored investment solutions to clients • Providing comprehensive financial planning services Responsibilities: Client Prospecting & Outreach • Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing. • Conduct outreach via phone, email, or in-person meetings. Client Needs Assessment • Meet with individuals, families, or businesses to evaluate their financial needs. • Analyze client goals and risk tolerance to determine appropriate coverage. Product Recommendations • Recommend suitable insurance products (e.g., life, disability, long-term care). • Explain policy details clearly, including benefits, terms, and costs. Sales & Application Processing • Guide clients through the application process. • Submit paperwork accurately and ensure compliance with underwriting requirements. Ongoing Client Support • Provide policy reviews and updates as clients’ needs change. • Assist with policy service, claims, and beneficiary changes. Training & Development • Attend ongoing training on products, sales strategies, and compliance. • Work closely with mentors or senior advisors for hands-on learning. Compliance & Documentation • Ensure all recommendations are compliant with regulatory and ethical standards. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Ongoing Responsibilities • Provide financial planning support to clients. • Support investment professionals to cultivate client relationships. • Prepare financial plans and check their accuracy. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field • At least 1 year of industry experience • Self-motivated • Excellent interpersonal skills Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000
