We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property and Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their insurance needs. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze client requirements to offer tailored insurance solutions. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
Duties
Conduct insurance sales activities, including prospecting, telemarketing, and following up with potential clients.
Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
Communicate policy details clearly to clients, ensuring they understand their coverage options and benefits.
Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
Experience
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client groups.
Strong customer service background with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and outside sales strategies is advantageous.
