At Lee Plummer Goosehead Insurance, we are building a high-performance sales team focused on growth, relationships, and results. Our agency is designed for driven individuals who want to take control of their income, build a strong book of business, and thrive in a sales-focused environment.

We are seeking a licensed or license-ready Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated, competitive, and eager to grow within a proven sales model.

What You’ll Do

This is a sales-dominant role ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships and closing business.

Generate new business through Centers of Influence (COIs) including realtors, mortgage lenders, and local business professionals

Identify and convert opportunities within an existing book of business

Build and maintain referral partnerships to create consistent lead flow

Quote, present, and close personal lines insurance policies (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)

Deliver a consultative sales experience focused on client needs and coverage education

Consistently meet and exceed sales goals

What We’re Looking For

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license OR willingness to obtain (with our support)

Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to earn through performance

Comfortable networking, prospecting, and building community relationships

Ability to work both warm leads and self-generated opportunities

Strong communication skills and confidence in closing

Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented
