Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative in a local Allstate agency, you will play an essential role in supporting customers, strengthening community relationships, and serving as a reliable point of contact. You’ll use your insurance knowledge to help customers understand their coverage, navigate policy changes, and feel confident in the protection they have. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, responding to inquiries with care and accuracy, and ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. By providing clear guidance and building trust, you’ll contribute to a positive customer experience and help the agency maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships within the community.
Responsibilities
Policy Servicing: explain coverage, update policyholder information, and process policy changes
Customer Interaction: respond to inquiries about coverage, billing, and claim status
Recommend policy adjustments or additional products to clients
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Assist with renewals with the option to advance to Sales Support
Handle complaints, resolving billing disputes, and assist with, or initiate, the claim process

Job Qualifications
Bi-Ligual Spanish Speaker preferred, but not required
Strong interest in a customer service career –customer service insurance experience preferred
Prior insurance experience required
Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to service insurance upon hire
Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
