Position Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative who will play a vital role in serving existing clients and driving new business. This position involves a mix of account management, client retention, and sales, making it ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships and helping people.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues.
Educate clients on coverage options and identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell policies.
Generate new business through referrals, leads, and outbound follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Active Property/Casualty insurance license (Life/Health license a plus)
Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance customer service and/or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in insurance management software and Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
