Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and inbound leads
• Sell and service Personal Lines (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella) and/or Commercial policies
• Provide professional insurance consultations and coverage recommendations
• Cross-sell additional products to maximize account value
• Follow up on leads and renewal opportunities
• Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations
• Accurately document activity in agency CRM/management systems
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License (Required)
• 1+ year of insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer proficiency
