Base salary + uncapped commission

Expected earnings: $80,000 – $100,000+ (top producers can exceed this)

Commission paid on new and renewal business

Overview

We are looking for an experienced, licensed Commercial Trucking Insurance Producer to work with owner-operators, independent drivers, and small to mid-sized trucking companies.

This is a relationship-driven role focused on helping clients secure the coverage they need to operate safely and stay compliant.

What You'll Do

Work directly with owner-operators and trucking companies

Quote and bind commercial trucking policies:

Auto liability

Physical damage

Cargo

General liability

Umbrella

Build and grow a book of business

Maintain client relationships and manage renewals

Develop new opportunities through referrals and networking

Help clients understand DOT and insurance requirements

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (required)

Experience in commercial insurance (required)

Experience in commercial trucking or transportation insurance strongly preferred

Proven ability to generate and close business

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ideal Background
