We are a fast-growing independent insurance brokerage seeking a licensed insurance professional to manage inbound quotes, support underwriting, and help grow our existing book of business.
This is not a basic customer service role.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Quoting and presenting personal lines insurance (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)
- Following up aggressively and professionally on inbound leads
- Working directly with carriers on underwriting issues
- Managing documentation and obtaining required signatures
- Identifying cross-sell and rounding opportunities within our book
- Supporting retention efforts and client communication
- Maintaining CRM accuracy and pipeline tracking
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty License (required before start)
- Strong communication skills (phone confidence is critical)
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable discussing money and coverage with clients
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Driven to grow income through performance
Insurance experience is helpful but not required. Drive, discipline, and a customer-first mindset are mandatory.
