Join a high-performing insurance team in Brentwood seeking an Experienced Insurance Producer. If you hold an active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license and have experience in multi-line insurance sales, this role is designed for producers looking to leverage their expertise — offering strong earnings potential through competitive base salary structures, accelerated commission tiers, and strong onboarding support to help you build a lucrative book quickly.
Role Overview As a Producer, you are a trusted advisor to our clients. You will guide families and business owners through selecting and understanding crucial auto, home, life, commercial, and farm policies, ensuring they are fully protected while maximizing your commission potential.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Quoting: Generate quotes, present tailored coverage packages, and close new multi-line policy accounts.
Client Advisory: Assess client risks, evaluate coverage gaps, and build long-term, trusting relationships in Williamson County and surrounding areas.
Pipeline Management: Cultivate leads, ask for client referrals, and utilize our CRM to track active prospects and cross-sell opportunities.
Claims & Account Liaison: Assist key clients with policy endorsements, policy reviews, and initial claims guidance during critical moments.
Qualifications
Experience: 2–5+ years of active experience in property and casualty sales (State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, or independent agency background strongly preferred).
Licensing: Active Tennessee Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health license is a strong plus).
Proven Track Record: History of meeting or exceeding new business production targets and pivoting P&C lines into life and financial products.
Skills: Strong networking ability, confident presentation skills, and proficiency with agency management software and CRM tools.
Compensation & Total Earning Potential
Year 1 Target: $60,000 – $90,000+ total earnings (Base salary scaled to your experience & licensing status + uncapped new business commissions).
Year 2–3+ Potential: $100,000+ through strong multi-line production and quarterly performance bonuses.
Transition Incentives: Higher upfront commission splits and ramp-up support for established agents making a carrier transition.
(Note: Base pay for unlicensed or entry-level candidate training begins at $47,700 floor).
