Responsibilities:

Drive new business and provide tailored insurance solutions to existing clients.

Identify and qualify leads from multiple sources.

Recommend customized Allstate products to suit each customer’s needs.

Be a trusted advisor to your neighbors—help them feel secure about the future.

Help clients understand the value of insurance, without the jargon.

Deliver an outstanding client experience every time.

Requirements:

Must be currently licensed (Property/Casualty or Personal Lines)

Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.

Motivated and driven to succeed.

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)

Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

What You’ll Get:

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission = no limits on your earning potential.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm (no weekends!) + a full hour lunch.
