Responsibilities: • Continue your education on evolving insurance industry protocols to adequately fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims to customers’ satisfaction • Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles • Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base • Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and/or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholders • Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction • Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively working our existing leads while leveraging existing relationships • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to effectively communicate value propositions to clients • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence as their go-to insurance advisor • Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, policy details, and other relevant information Qualifications: • Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required • Proven understanding of the insurance industry including insurance products, risk management and any state and federal regulations • Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful • Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required • A Florida 4-40 insurance license is required Compensation: $75,000 yearly at plan
