    Responsibilities

    Engage with potential clients through various channels including telemarketing, outside sales, and retail sales to promote insurance products.

    Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.

    Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.

    Negotiate terms and conditions of policies with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, to ensure all practices adhere to legal standards.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.

    Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

    Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

    Skills

    Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as telemarketing, outside sales, or retail sales.

    Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively.

    Excellent analytical skills for assessing client needs and market opportunities.

    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

    Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.

    Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
