This is a 100% inbound, phone-based sales role — no cold calling, no door knocking, and no outside sales. We provide high-quality, ready-to-convert leads so you can focus on closing and maximizing your income.
We specialize in personal lines and commercial insurance, with a strong focus on commercial and trucking policies.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound leads and warm prospects provided by the company
Sell personal and commercial insurance policies (auto, home, trucking, and more)
Build rapport quickly and close deals over the phone
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Follow up with prospects and maximize every opportunity
Cross-sell and upsell additional products
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements
Active Property & Casualty license (required)
Must be licensed in Texas
Additional state licenses are a plus
Life & Health license is a plus
Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus but not required
