Responsibilities: • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction • Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs • Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders • Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles • Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base Qualifications: • Some experience with accounting or sales lead software is beneficial • Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programs • Proven understanding of the insurance industry including insurance products, risk management and any state and federal regulations • Candidates must have an insurance license • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred • Great Customer service is a must! Compensation: $25,000 - $40,000 yearly
