Experienced Licensed Insurance Agent – Hiring Immediately | Inbound Sales | Hybrid Potential

We are actively hiring Licensed Insurance Sales Reps to join our sales team. This is a Full-Time, On-Site opportunity featuring All Inbound Leads – NO COLD CALLING. Offering a Potential Hybrid Opportunity once the ability to close deals has been demonstrated and a strong working relationship has been established with both parties.

** Key Responsibilities :**

• Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients and assess their coverage needs
• Educate clients on available plan options and recommend appropriate coverage
• Manage the application and enrollment process from initial contact through completion
• Consistently meet or exceed established production targets

Qualifications:

• Active Life amp; Health insurance license (Preferred but not required; willing to Sponsor the right candidates)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-focused manner
• Proficiency in English required; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance

Compensation amp; Schedule:

• Competitive Hourly + U ncapped Commission (Hourly rate is Performance Based that increases with production: $22 (lowest hourly guaranteed) - $25 (max hourly)
• Paid Weekly
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Inbound leads provided - NO COLD CALLING
