We are a high-performing local Allstate agency seeking driven, licensed insurance producers who want a performance-based sales role with base salary, uncapped commission, and daily leads provided.
This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in a goal-driven, structured, and accountable environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sell auto, home, and bundled insurance policies
Generate new business using agency-provided leads
Cross-sell and upsell existing insurance customers
Conduct needs-based insurance sales conversations
Maintain follow-up, pipeline activity, and sales documentation
Meet or exceed monthly insurance sales goals
Required Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
Prior insurance sales experience preferred
Strong phone sales and closing ability
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
Compensation & Benefits
$60,000–$80,000 typical annual earnings
Top producers earn $100,000+
Base salary + uncapped commission
