We provide daily agency-generated leads, proven systems, and ongoing training so you can focus on what you do best — helping clients protect what matters most while building a strong income.

Key Responsibilities
• Sell auto, home, and bundled insurance policies • Work daily with agency-provided inbound and outbound leads • Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage • Cross-sell and bundle policies to strengthen client protection • Maintain follow-up activity and pipeline management • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Required Qualifications
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required) • Prior insurance sales experience preferred • Strong phone sales and closing ability • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable • Excellent communication and follow-up skills • Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment
Compensation & Benefits
