The Ellman Agency is looking for a driven, licensed P&C sales professional to join our team. If you're motivated by results, enjoy building client relationships, and want a role where your effort directly translates to your income, we'd love to talk to you.

This can be a fully remote position, but candidates must reside in Pennsylvania.

What You'll Do

Work provided leads while also generating new business through your own referrals, networking, and prospecting efforts

Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and present tailored P&C solutions (auto, home, renters, umbrella)

Cross-sell and upsell within an existing book of business to support retention and growth

Build and manage a strong client pipeline

Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas

Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends

Maintain accurate client records in our agency management system

What You Bring

Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)

Must reside in Pennsylvania (required)

1+ years of sales experience preferred; insurance experience a plus

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with the discipline to succeed in a remote role

Comfortable using CRM/agency management software and remote work tools
