🔑 Retention & Growth – Engage with clients, anticipate needs, and ensure long-term satisfaction through proactive service and strategic upselling. 💼 Sales & Strategy – Drive agency growth by developing new business, cross-selling to existing clients, and executing local marketing initiatives that build strong, lasting relationships.

Deliver tailored insurance solutions across property, casualty, and life.
Drive retention through proactive communication and relationship-building.
Identify growth opportunities within our existing client base and beyond.
Plan and execute local marketing and outreach strategies.
Enhance customer satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise.
Partner with the agency owner to continually improve processes and culture.
