We are a high-producing, well-established Allstate agency located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Sell auto, home, renters, motorcycle, and umbrella insurance policies

Cross-sell and round out existing customer accounts

Follow up on warm leads and quote opportunities

Generate referrals and build long-term client relationships

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Maintain accurate client records and compliance standards

Requirements

Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)

Prior insurance sales experience preferred

Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections

Self-motivated and goal-driven

Comfortable working independently (for remote role)
