Responsibilities Include

Answer inbound calls to quote Auto, Home, Motorcycle, and other insurance.

Contact warm leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance product sales, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, and billing.

History of good attendance

Fluent in Spanish and English in written and oral preferred

Insurance Sales Experience/ Property Casualty licenses required.

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Ability to effectively relate to a customer
