    Gypsy Life, LLC is a leading industrial PCM (Procurement, Construction, and Management) contractor with expertise in mining, oil & gas, and heavy industrial projects nationwide. We execute large-scale process, energy, and infrastructure builds with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. We are currently hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians with experience in mining and oil & gas environments to join our growing team. Need to hold a current Journeyman Electrician license in Idaho or be able to reciprocate licensing upon hire. Key Responsibilities

    Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in mining and oil & gas facilities, including MCCs, VFDs, switchgear, transformers, and motor systems.

    Perform cable pulls, terminations, grounding, and conduit work to NEC and project specifications.

    Support construction, commissioning, and start-up of industrial process plants.

    Conduct electrical testing, torque verification, insulation resistance checks, and system troubleshooting.

    Read and interpret P&IDs, one-line diagrams, and detailed electrical drawings.

    Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, MSHA, OSHA, and project-specific safety standards.

    Collaborate with QA/QC teams to maintain inspection and testing records.

    Provide technical support to supervisors and project managers on complex installations.

    Qualifications

    Active Journeyman Electrician License (Idaho or reciprocal state).

    4+ years of industrial electrical experience; mining and/or oil & gas projects required.

    Strong working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and MSHA/OSHA electrical safety requirements.

    Skilled in industrial power distribution, instrumentation, and motor control systems.

    Ability to work in rugged field environments and remote project sites.

    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred

    MSHA Electrical Certification.

    Experience with concentrator/mill facilities, refineries, or compressor stations.

    Proficiency with Procore, Autodesk, or construction management software.

    Leadership skills and ability to mentor apprentices.
