    Pay: $54.00/hour (6.3% increase each year until 2030)

    • Year 1: $54.00
    • Year 2: $57.24
    • Year 3: $60.67
    • Year 4: $64.31
    • Year 5: $68.17

    Benefits: Company truck, power tools, 401(k) with 6% match (100% vested day one), 100% employee and 50% dependent paid health insurance, and more.

    Sign-on Bonus: $2,000 for each Journeyman License (St. Louis City or County)
