The Role: As our Residential Service Plumber, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional plumbing services, helping our valued customers by educating, relating, and improving their current plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose plumbing issues with intuition and your trusty wrench

Provide top-notch plumbing repairs and installations while maintaining friendly rapport with customers

Educate customers about their plumbing systems and preventative maintenance

Keep accurate records of sales and service activities

Requirements:

A currently licensed Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber in the state of Louisiana

A passion for the highest level of customer service and a commitment to satisfaction

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently or with a team when needed

Knowledge of the Louisiana plumbing codes and regulations
