Mister Sparky Electric | Central Arkansas Full-Time | Residential Electrical Work

$70K–$120K+ Total Earning Potential Hourly base: $28–$38/hour, based on license, experience, and demonstrated capability.

This role includes a strong hourly base with additional earning potential for electricians who run complete service calls well.

The highest earners here are strong diagnosticians, clear communicators, and clean executors. They don’t just complete tasks. They identify the full scope, explain it clearly to the homeowner, and follow the work through professionally.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and perform residential electrical service and installation work

Work in compliance with NEC and Arkansas code

Inspect, evaluate, and identify the full scope of electrical issues

Communicate findings and solutions clearly to homeowners

Run clean, professional service calls from start to finish

Document work accurately using company software

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized truck and jobsite

Represent Mister Sparky with professionalism, punctuality, and integrity

Requirements

Active Arkansas Journeyman or Master Electrician License required

3+ years of residential electrical experience preferred

Strong understanding of NEC and residential electrical applications

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Professional communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to pass a background check and drug test
