Are you a detail-oriented, experienced land surveyor looking to advance your career in the scenic surroundings of Southwest Florida? We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Land Surveyor to join our team and play a vital role in our operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

\- Assist in supervising survey crew operations.

\- Conduct ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and Construction Staking.

\- Maintain and adhere to QA/QC procedures, note-taking, and project material management.

\- Communicate effectively with the general public and coworkers.

\- Follow instructions and work orders from project managers.

\- Perform record searches at recorders' offices and government entities.

\- Prepare legal descriptions and sign/seal all survey plans.

**Requirements:**

\- 4-year degree in Land Survey or related field.

\- PLS - Florida or the ability to obtain.

\- 5+ years of experience in the survey field.

\- Proficient in construction layout and reading/comprehending construction plans.

\- Strong organizational skills for field notes and field staking execution.
