Belbot Services is looking for a certified, reliable, detail-oriented Fertilization Technician to join our lawn care team. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in your work this could be a great fit.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in lawn fertilization and weed control

Strong knowledge of fertilizer programs, herbicides, and safe application practices

Certified Applicator with Core, 3A, 3B, 6

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Willingness to learn turf care techniques and products

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical work

Responsibilities

Safely mix, load, transport, apply, and store chemicals in compliance with all laws

Apply lawn fertilization and weed control treatments safely and accurately

Identify turf conditions, weeds, and basic lawn health issues

Operate and maintain equipment and vehicles

Follow application schedules, product labels, and safety guidelines

Communicate professionally with customers about services performed

Keep accurate service records and route documentation within mobile CRM app
