Compensation

$50+ per hands-on service hour

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional massage therapy services

Create a luxury-level client experience

Build strong client retention and rebooking

Maintain treatment room standards

Assist with retail recommendations and sales

Greet and care for clients professionally

Participate in hiring and interviewing new providers

Help create schedules as the team grows

Provide leadership and mentorship

Assist with shift coverage during unexpected absences

Lead by example with professionalism, appearance, and work ethic

Requirements

Current Massage Therapy License

Minimum 2 years professional experience

Current driver's license

Current malpractice insurance

Strong communication skills

Ability to work independently

Professional appearance and presentation

Excellent customer service skills

Reliable and dependable

Leadership experience preferred
