If this sounds like a job you’d love, apply now! • No Cold Calling. • No Purchase of Leads. • No Prospecting Responsibilities: • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current Qualifications: • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued Compensation: $62,500 yearly
