Responsibilities: • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims Qualifications: • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus Compensation: $80,000 - Entry Level
