MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN Responsibilities: • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus Compensation: $40,000 - $97,000 yearly
