Responsibilities: • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate • Negotiate with buyer’s agents to secure the best terms and outcomes for your sellers • Follow up with leads provided by our sales team and schedule listing appointments • Conduct professional listing presentations to win business and build client trust • Keep sellers informed with weekly updates on their listing status and activity Qualifications: • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Currently licensed in real estate Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
