Responsibilities: • Execute daily lead-generation strategies to attract potential clients. • Hold monthly open houses to showcase available properties. • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into successful client conversions. • Schedule appointments with clients to discuss their real estate needs. • Engage in regular script practice sessions following team guidelines. • Participate in team events and activities as per team standards. • Attend 1:1 coaching sessions, Hangouts, and Partner Calls for professional development. • Consult with sellers, secure property listings, and demonstrate effective marketing techniques. • Display expertise in pricing strategies and other listing-related tasks. • Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to achieve optimal results. Qualifications: • Must work well in a team environment. • Holds a valid real estate license in North Carolina. • Possesses over 2 years of experience in real estate sales. • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, • Shows a commitment to continuous learning and growth. • Highly organized and proficient with technology. • Open to learning and implementing scripts and dialogues. • Excellent at managing time effectively. • Pays close attention to detail. • Capable of quickly building rapport with clients. Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 at plan yearly
