    Join CrossCountry Mortgage as a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant, where you'll be an integral part of managing our Under Contract process. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring files progress seamlessly by efficiently handling dates and deadlines, all while fostering a positive experience for clients. You'll take charge of managing a daily pipeline, communicating updates clearly to clients and real estate agents, and proactively addressing potential issues. Your high sense of urgency and solution-oriented mindset will make you a crucial player in our team. In this position, you'll analyze applicant credit information and review income and asset documents. Keeping clients and real estate agents informed throughout the process will be key, so your exceptional customer service and follow-up skills will shine. Responsibilities: • Meet branch objectives specific to the Under Contract process • Review documentation for completeness and accuracy • Put together a clean initial file submission to Underwriting with all necessary documentation • Gather any additional documentation needed for pre-qualification • Complete and maintain branch-assigned checklists, file set-up, and analysis within allotted branch deadlines • Exceptional communication and follow-up skills with referral partners, clients, and internal team members • Manage dates and deadlines to ensure files in process stay on track and close on time Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of Encopass • Proficiency in running LP and DU • Ability to pre-qualify clients and structure loan files • Must exhibit a positive attitude and be a team player • Strong focus on customer service and dedication to delivering exceptional service • Strong guideline knowledge • Solid understanding of various loan programs • Ability to think outside the box Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly + bonus
