Responsibilities: • Manage the Under Contract process, ensuring all files progress smoothly and efficiently. • Handle crucial dates and deadlines with precision, maintaining a high sense of urgency. • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and real estate agents to foster positive relationships. • Analyze applicant credit information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. • Review income and asset documents, providing thorough and detailed assessments. • Deliver exceptional customer service, keeping all parties informed throughout the loan process. • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and partners alike. Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of Encopass. • Proficiency in running LP and DU. • Ability to pre-qualify clients and structure loan files. • Must exhibit a positive attitude and be a team player. • Strong focus on customer service and dedication to delivering exceptional service. • Strong guideline knowledge. • Solid understanding of various loan programs. • Ability to think outside the box. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly + bonus
