This role is the heartbeat of our operation—supporting front-end mortgage pre-approvals, daily workflow, marketing initiatives, and client experiences. Responsibilities: Mortgage Origination & Client Support • Assist with front-end loan pre-approvals, including gathering documents, reviewing credit, income, and assets, and preparing pre-approval letters. • Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and partners to deliver clear, confident, and smooth pre-approval experiences. • Help manage the loan pipeline and track progress on active files. • Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with new leads and prospects. Administrative & Organizational Support • Support the Loan Officer’s email inbox and calendar, keeping priorities, appointments, and deadlines running smoothly. • Coordinate follow-ups with clients, referral partners, and internal team members. • Maintain clean, updated client records and assist with CRM management. Marketing & Client Engagement • Assist with marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media posts, and database outreach. • Help execute client communication strategies that keep prospects and past clients engaged and connected. Event Planning & Experiences • Plan and coordinate client appreciation events, partner lunches, educational seminars, and networking events. • Manage vendors, logistics, guest lists, and post-event follow-up marketing. • Help create memorable experiences that strengthen relationships and build our brand. Qualifications: • Must currently hold an MLO license or be willing to become licensed within 3 months of hire. • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • A clear, confident communicator—both written and verbal. • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a high-energy environment. • Tech-savvy and confident with: Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Mortgage-related platforms. • MUST be proficient in Excel and basic mortgage math. Compensation: $55,000+ yearly DOE + bonus

    $55,000 per year
