Qualifications: • • Experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on loan processing and client interaction. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of loan applications. • Proven track record of maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, underwriters, and team members. • Proficiency in using CRM systems to document client interactions and track loan progress. • Licensed as a Loan Officer Assistant in the state of Colorado, or ability to obtain licensure promptly. • Detail-oriented mindset to review loan files for accuracy and completeness before submission to lenders. Compensation: $60,000+ DOE plus bonus
