    LICENSED Loan Officer – Real Estate Team Partnership (Charleston, SC) We are a high-producing real estate team based in Charleston, SC, with a large and consistent flow of buyer clients. We are partnering with our preferred lender, Guild Mortgage, to bring on an additional LICENSED Loan Officer who will work closely with our team and our buyers. Our team generates significant buyer demand through marketing, referrals, and agent relationships. We are looking for a Loan Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at follow-up and communication, and wants to grow their business with a steady stream of opportunities. This role is ideal for a Loan Officer who already has some experience in the mortgage industry and is looking to increase production by partnering directly with an active real estate team. Responsibilities: • Work closely with the real estate team to guide buyers through the pre-approval process and identify financing solutions that best fit their needs. • Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients throughout every stage of the mortgage process. • Develop and nurture strong relationships with both agents and clients to ensure a smooth and successful transaction experience. • Educate homebuyers on loan products, interest rates, and financing options, empowering them to make informed decisions. • Diligently follow up with new leads while cultivating long-term relationships with past clients to generate repeat and referral business. • Collaborate with real estate agents and internal lending teams to keep transactions on track from contract to closing. • Manage loan applications, documentation, and key milestones to ensure timely and efficient processing. • Provide an exceptional client experience that reflects the professionalism and high standards of both the real estate team and Guild Mortgage. Qualifications: • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required, or the ability to obtain licensure in a timely manner. • Prior experience as a Loan Officer or in the mortgage lending industry is preferred. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage follow-up, deadlines, and details effectively. • Ability to successfully handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Self-driven and results-oriented professional who works well independently while also contributing to a collaborative team culture. • Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to responsiveness, service, and client satisfaction. • Based in Charleston, South Carolina, or willing to work within the Charleston market. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
