Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our clinical team and provide high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. The Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist will provide psychotherapy services via telehealth to a diverse patient population experiencing behavioral health and relational challenges. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to collaborative care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and couples therapy services

Conduct psychosocial assessments and treatment planning

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Deliver services through HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms

Collaborate with psychiatric providers and interdisciplinary team members

Monitor patient progress and update treatment goals as needed

Maintain ethical and professional clinical standards

Schedule

Part-Time hours (flexible scheduling available)

Evening or daytime availability preferred

Hybrid clinical sessions

Qualifications

Required:

Active, unrestricted Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) license

Eligible to practice independently within licensed state(s)

Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field

Experience providing psychotherapy services

Strong documentation and organizational skills

Comfortable using EMR and telehealth technology

Preferred:

Experience in telehealth behavioral health settings

Experience with diverse populations

Trauma-informed or evidence-based therapy training
